Today we had an at home box from Mere.  I am really missing restaurants so this is the very next best thing.  Mere’s box was really lovely and my favourite dish was the praline and lemon opera cake.  The lemon curd and candied lemon peel just brought the whole dish alive and it was so delicious. I also really liked the Swiss chard and ricotta parmesan choux buns.  This is one restaurant I look forward to getting to.
