I have been developing a Massaman recipe for some time and today friends were helping me test. The flavour was so good and although the paste took some time to pound it was so worth it. It was without a doubt the best massaman I have ever had. Clare and Grace made beef and not lamb and the testing revealed that the beef takes longer than lamb to cook. I am so lucky to have friends who put aside time and help. Thank you so much Clare and Grace x
