Today is Burns Night and St Dwynwens Day and so I was up early finalising recipes and getting them uploaded to the site in order to publish my blog.  Then the day job was so busy that we decided to get a Chinese takeaway.  Our local Chinese, Hei's is literally the best Chinese takeaway for miles, the food is always fresh, super delicious and not at all greasy.  My favourite things are the king prawn balls, salt and pepper squid, chilli beef and Singapore rice noodles.
