Today we had a house full of loved ones and it felt fantastic. There was lots of fun and laughter and I feel so lucky to be surrounded with people I love and that love me. I wanted to show everybody how much I love them and so made a warm king prawn cocktail followed by a porchetta, roast pumpkin, an orange and brussels salad followed by a Christmas snowman consisting of a choux bun filled with a praline cream, a white chocolate ice cream dome and topped with a vanilla panna cotta. I wish I had put a craquelin on the top of the choux but I was over the moon they had worked out so well.
