Meatfree Monday and Rhona picked a recipe from my new book Bitter by Alexina Anatole of orecchiette with walnuts, brown butter and brussels sprouts. Everything about this recipe was delicious and I had to stop myself from licking the bowl, every single mouthful was wonderful, crunchy, buttery, bitter green and lovely. We added some chilli flakes but otherwise followed the recipe and will most definitely repeat this one again and again.
