Back to an old favourite, chicken pesto and spicy tomato lasagne.  Absolutely delicious, rich comforting and just lovely.  On the bottom you put spicy tomato sauce, lasagna sheets, then a chicken pesto mixture which is pesto, mascarpone, chicken and stock, layer until the chicken is used up then on the next sheets use spicy tomato sauce, then on top of the next sheets a rich cheese sauce. Matt scraped his plate so clean with his knife and fork you would think it had been washed.
