So today my new book A Wong arrived, flicking through it I love how different it is from other Chinese cookery books I have.  His restaurant is also on my hit list, especially as the world opens up.  I love the story behind how he ended up helping his parents and learning his skill and the history to the food.  I really look forward to reading this.
