Today was such a busy day and I had to make a 21st birthday cake which meant by the time I got round to cooking it was late and I was all cooked out.
So we fell back to the old faithful of mushroom fettuccine. From start to finish is 15 mins which is perfect for those busy days. What transforms the mushroom sauce is porcini powder, just 1 tsp totally brings it alive.
