I had the most amazing breakfast today, fried halloumi, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach and a poached egg with hollandaise on a hash brown.  Sounds slightly strange but it really all went perfectly and was absolutely divine. 

In Rosebank there is a lovely hotel called 54 on Bath. They have a beautiful Perrier-Jouet bar which has the beautiful Perrier-Jouet flowers on the wall and the actual bar is beautiful with butterflies all lit up.  It is so beautiful and really reminded me of the Perrier-Jouet private dining room at The Gherkin where I had my 40th. It also reminds me of my mum.  For mums 50th I bought her a Perrier-Jouet bottle of champagne with the painted bottle and 2 painted champagne glasses.  These now sit in my kitchen up high where even Nala cannot climb.
