I love to eat something special on Saturdays, something we all really enjoy. I found some beautiful cod at the butchers and so decided to make fish and chips.

I changed the order I usually cook things in so I made the fish and put on a baking tray, heated the oven, did the first chip fry then fish in the oven, finish off the chips. 

We were all chatting and laughing and enjoying the food, it made for a really happy moment just before Matt seriously beat us at Mexican Train.
