So today was all about Jack's cake.  I had to bake it early so that by the evening it was cold all the way through and ready to be iced and shaped.

I took a rouded rectangle baking dish and baked it in there because it is big enough to be a football stadium.  I knew roughly what I wanted but like every cake I make I worry about it until it is finished.  We cut out some seats and the pitch and covered everything in brown icing.  We used green vermicelli for the grass and smarties for the people.  It looks really good, I just really hope Jack likes it.
