It would have been mums birthday today so in honour of mum Rhona made a cocktail with coffee and vodka to drink to her memory, it was absolutely delicious - although quite potent!  Mum didn’t drink much but when she did it was vodka and she also did not drink tea, only coffee so it was absolutely perfect.

Tonight we had fish tacos with chipotle mayo and prawn tacos with a lime sour cream mayo.  The whole thing took 20 minutes and was really very very good.  Matt is really enjoying cooking and it is lovely to spend time in the kitchen together, he is so funny and really into food.  Lovely evening.
