I have been reading the book of the month, Chefs at Home, around the table and am intrigued by the hake, cauliflower and cabbage recipe, especially since so many people seem to be making it.  It is very brown but it really is everything I love.  Cauliflower and cabbage are my favourite vegetables and the recipe looks very straightforward.  I wonder what could be added to stop it looking so brown and make it look more enticing.
