The first week back at work after the Christmas break is finally over.  Don’t get me wrong, I do have a good job for a good company so it is not THAT bad.  Just that, well you know.  So finally it is Friday and so we decided to have pizza to celebrate.  I am having a moment with pizza, it feels  like all of the pizzas you can have delivered are a bit meh and definitely not worth the money.  So today we bought a margarita pizza, some mozzarella and embellishments so that we could make midweek cheats pizza. One pizza had nduja and roquito peppers on and salami and green chillies on the other and they were absolutely gorgeous.  It was half the cost of a takeaway and so much better.
