Today was one of those days where I just could not cook without knocking something, breaking something or spilling something. It does not happen to me very often but what a disaster.
I started the day with my Toblerone cheesecake, I tweaked it a little, sent it over to my testers and have tweaked some more. It is more like a mousse than a cheesecake but my goodness it is divine. I can usually take or leave puddings I make but this one is hard to stop eating. Once I have remade I will share the recipe.
I have been looking through my recipe books for a good massaman curry recipe, it is really my absolute favourite curry ever. I discovered in the David Thompson Thai cookbook that there is a cardamom I have never heard of, Thai cardamom. Cardamom is one of my favourite spices and I am so excited to hear of a new one. I have looked around but cannot seem to find it, maybe a trip to Thailand is in order?
