We have lots of peri peri sauce and so with the sun still shining Rhona thought it might be nice to make Pregos today. Pregos are peri peri steaks in a gorgeous Portuguese roll (or you can use whatever rolls you can find, I quite like using the bake at home ciabatta rolls). It was really good, slightly smoky, spicy and just lovely. They are really easy meals, you just leave the steak marinating throughout the day and then 10-15 minutes after starting to cook you are eating. A perfect midweek meal.
