Today was my first cook from the new Ben Tish book and as I had some large squid in the freezer I thought it would be nice to do the squid, pea and tomato salad. It was very very fresh, much more filling than it looked, healthy and really very lovely. I think next time I would put a little more cumin on the squid but this is minor nit-picking, it was lovely.
