I bought some feta which on opening was very clearly off despite being well within its sell by date.  I really could not remember where I purchased it so I reported it directly to the company who were so nice about it and sent us a little cooler bag full of really delicious cheeses, really excellent customer service.

Anyway, since our fridge has lots of feta now, when we were planning our meals it seemed an obvious choice to pick something easy for the midweek that uses feta.  So tonight we had saganaki, a gorgeous rich tomato based dish with prawns, topped with feta and eaten with lots of crusty bread.  So so simple and so good.
