Among the bookclub members, Marcus Waring is a bit of a hero and his book New Classics features every week on throwback Thursday.  This week I was flicking through and came across minted lamb baguettes with peas. Sounds odd but it looked nice and I had some lamb in the freezer and was at a bit of a loss on what to cook so thought I would give it a go and serve with sweet potato chips.  It was really so delicious, it was so simple and took no longer than 20 mins so perfect for a mid-week meal.  This recipe is definitely one to do again.
