I love Saturdays, long lazy mornings with a great cup of coffee, lunch with fresh bread and then a long cook for dinner.
Last night we made macaroni cheese and the nicest ribs ever!. We were recipe testing ribs and thought for a change we would do a dry rub and finish off with a sauce. They were quite spicy but worked perfectly with the macaroni cheese. They had a great smokey depth and what made them was the amount of meat that was on them, it is definitely worth buying them from the butchers to save just getting bones.
