I bought bacon, sausages and eggs at the weekend as one of my step by step blogs is going to be how to tackle the full English fry up.  Victoria asked me a few weeks ago how to go about it so I thought maybe other new cooks could also benefit from a step by step guide.  However, what with one thing and another, we just did not get around to it over the weekend so tonight I thought I would do the best fry up sandwich.  We did all elements, the sausages, super crispy bacon, a fried egg and it all looked great. The sandwich looked fantastic and then in our excitement at how wonderful it looked, we forgot to take any pictures.  Shame because it was the best sandwich I have had in a very long time.
