I sometimes feel like a broken record with our meals. We go through moments where we will make something, fall in love with it and then cook it a lot until we get sick of it and then we move on. Today we had stir fried noodles and vegetables with chicken. Stir fried veg are so good for you and we do have them a lot. Cooked with a little ketjup manis or hoisin sauce they get transformed into something truly wonderful.
