Sundays usually mean we get to spend some time in the kitchen cooking something special. I’ve been reading Mandalay and so today we had a gorgeous Burmese meal. We made creamed corn, golden sticky rice and bfc - Burmese fried chicken.
This really was very, very delicious and every element was special. I really enjoyed how simple these dishes were and yet how full of flavour and delicious. Everything was so moreish and so delicious.
