Ham and pineapple pizza
Ingredients
1 pizza base
2-4 tbsps tomato sauce
50-80g grated mozzarella
6-7 mini mozzarella balls, cut in half
70g pineapple, cut into chunks
4 slices of ham
8-12 grinds of black pepper
15g parmesan, finely grated
Method
Heat your oven to 230c or your pizza oven to 350c. If you are using the oven put a pizza tray into the oven.
When your oven is hot prepare your pizza.
Pizzas have a very horrible habit of sticking to your chopping board once fully loaded so put a generous amount of flower on the chopping board and then put the dough down. Put the tomato sauce on the base, spreading a thin amount over the base, leaving a little edge without sauce.
Put the grated mozzarella over and dot the balls around. Put the pineapple on over the pizza and drape the ham slices over. Scatter the parmesan over the top and bake until the cheese is golden and bubbling and the base edge golden.
When the pizza comes out of the oven, put the fresh black pepper over.
