The weather is cold and wet and horrible and so lunchtimes all I want to do is eat soup.  Today I was flicking through Matt Preston's Yummy, Easy, Quick Around the World and saw pumpkin soup and thought yes!  That is exactly what I need to be eating.  So I will be nipping to the shop later to buy a pumpkin or squash.  I really love pumpkin soup, it is so delicious, especially with a touch of parmesan and the seeds chilli roasted on the top.  Lovely.
