We had Kerryn and Ian over today for Friday night curry night and what a great evening we had.  I decided to make Indian and so did mint raita, mango chutney with mini poppadom's, coconut panko prawns with a bhuna sauce, butter chicken, rice and naan and a vanilla spice pistachio kulfi. I do absolutely love butter chicken and the naan breads were so light and fluffy and beautiful.  It was such a lovely evening and we laughed lots.  Remind me to tell you another day about how much I love frisco and how funny Ian finds it.
