The Marcus Waring New Classics book is back to making an appearance every Throwback Thursday on the bookclub and this week the pork and chorizo burgers looked so good I also wanted to jump on the band wagon, and so did.

The recipe calls for chorizo style sausages and not actually chorizo, chipotle mayo, cheese and rocket.  It really is delicious and full of strong flavours (which we all know I love) and the bet thing is they took very little effort to make something so good. Win win in my book.
