Today we had one of my absolute favourite dishes, teriyaki salmon with basmati rice and Chinese leaf.
One of the things I love about this dish is that not only is it really delicious but it also feels healthy. The ginger has a gorgeous kick to it and it is all round a cheer you up dish. It is also super quick, taking literally 15 mins from entering the kitchen to eating - which as you all now know is what I love in the middle of the week. The best thing however is that everybody loves it, everybody wants seconds and it really is very very tasty.
