We are working on a blog post about takeaways so yesterday was testing some recipes including fish and chips and we are working on a vegan ‘fish’ recipe which my lovely sister-in-law is going to test for us.
If you have never made home made chips you really must, yes they are a bit of work but they are so good it is worth it. Home made fried chips taste so sweet and somehow you can never make enough. Even when you are FULL, so full moving hurts you would still want more.
We made mushy peas from petit pois, tartare sauce, cod and chips. I will share the recipe at the end of the week, if you have some time over the weekend do try them and tag me when you do.
