Today I meant to make falafel.  Again.  Yet again I did not get around to it.  I had a very early start to the day as I had to drop Matt to Gatwick at 3am and so by the time I finished work I just could not face standing in the kitchen for longer than absolutely necessary.  We had some noodles in the cupboard and so made a batch of Kelly's noodles and put some bbq pork rib meat in.  They took less than 15 mins and were just divine. We added some chiu chow chilli oil for that little spicy kick which really made the dish like a big comfort in a bowl.
