Tonight we made Tim Andersons Karage chicken (Japanese fried chicken to you and I) from his book Japaneasy. I know I love fried chicken but this was out of this world. It was super delicious, crunchie, had lots and lots of flavours and I could not stop eating it. I am thinking I should find the fried chicken recipes in every cookbook and give them a try, a tough challenge but I am sure I could be up for it ha ha ha
