So after some testing last Saturday we finished tweaking the tikka masala recipe so now just the saag aloo.  I love recipe testing and more than that I love it when we get it right.  The saag aloo is so delicious, the different greens and the potatoes are really interesting and I love the texture.  Our recipe is full of flavour but not overly hot.  We served it with cauliflower tikka and naan - so delicious.
