The book of the month for April is going to be Three by Selin Kiazim. The premise of the book is that for a dish to be memorable and well balanced they need need acid, texture and contrast and this makes for the perfect dish. The book looks really interesting and I really hope it gets here by Wednesday as I really want to get into reading it and I would really love to take it away with me for those still moments when I can just sit and read.
