I am researching chicken kiev recipes and was thinking that roasted garlic would be better because the garlic in the butter inside the chicken just won't get time to cook out that raw harsh taste so today have been testing and roasting the whole garlic bulb. I just put the garlic into foil was some olive oil and an hour later had the sweetest most amazing garlic ever, it was gorgeous.
Rhona was back making ice cream today, pistachio which was delicious. Next time I think a touch of lemon and it would be perfect.
