One of my most favourite ingredients/things to eat is cauliflower, it is so delicious, I can roast it and literally snack on it as some people would snack on crisps.
Today I had a gorgeous cauliflower and so for meat free Monday made bang bang cauliflower, I love the spicy sauce and the ginger matchsticks - they work so well with cauliflower. I know it should be a side dish but I love it so much I am more than happy for it to be the main dish. So delicious.
