Today we decided to make a corn risotto inspired by One Pot, pan, Planet. I like how our risotto recipe works and since it took us some time to find the perfect risotto recipe we decided to not follow Anna’s recipe exactly and just to adapt ours. The corn went surprisingly well in the risotto and the thing that absolutely made it? The fresh green chilli on the top.
