The kitchen is still out of action, the work tops are just taking an age for the varnish to dry and so today we cheated and just got a takeaway. We don’t often get takeaways as we really love cooking but today we are tired and it is cold and typing up recipes I came across a picture of naan and I mentioned the thought of gorgeous naan dipped into a deep rich tomato based curry and then that was all we could think about. And so we got a king prawn tikka masala and a lamb dansak with lots of naan, it was really good and really hit the spot. Today I am not missing cooking.
