For a very long time I have wanted to make a nut butter cauliflower recipe in Malika Basu's Masala.  The only thing that put me off was 2 different nut butters were needed, cashew and almond and at £6 a jar I just did not think it would be worth it for a recipe I might not make again. Things all changed however Thursday when I went shopping in SA, they sell little packets of nut butters in 32g packets for less than £1.

So today finally I got to make the recipe and oh my word the flavour. The dish was utterly divine, even taking away the cauliflower the sauce was jus incredible and I really think it would be good with chicken or lamb also. I will be buying large jars just so I can remake this recipe it was so good.

I served the cauliflower with fluffy freshly made naan which really was perfect for mopping up the gorgeous sauce. Yum!
