So today I have been recipe testing. We love ribs, both pork and beef. When I went to the butchers they had these amazing beef short ribs and they looked so good my list went out of the window and I impulsively bought them. I thought I would do a dry rub on them as I love the intensity you get from dry rubs. It was surprisingly good, so good in fact that when you are full and can’t eat any more you just can’t help but take another mouthful.
