Grace (my friends daughter, one of Victoria’s besties and one of my little band of wonderful recipe testers) is 21 and so we catered for her birthday party today. Her chosen theme was Mexican and so we had sweetcorn with chipotle butter and fresh green chilli, taco bowls with cheese sauce, guacamole and fresh salsa, pollo asado tortilla with lime mayo and her birthday cake was strawberry and vanilla. Clare hired a cocktail bar which although fun was absolutely lethal. Much fun was had by all as we sang and danced the night away.
