In Manu's book he has this really interesting recipe for Hokkien noodles which funnily enough I had never heard of before until not long ago when I read about it in Adam Liaws book. This time we largely stuck to Manu's version with a small influence from Adam's but actually found the sauce was far too strong and so we have marked up the recipe and next time will try a different mix.
