Today we decided on a Chinese meal again - a favourite since we made our master stock, you tend to think well I need to boil it so I may as well.  We turned the master stock into a gorgeous chilli broth and put a sweet prawn and noodle mix into the bottom of the soup, it was absolutely fantastic and an experiment that paid off.
