So today I finished recipe testing the breadcrumb chicken, it is now absolutely perfect. The spices and the way it is cooked is all perfect now and I cannot wait to share the recipe with you!
Victoria wanted it with rice and curry sauce as a katsu and Matt wanted his in a brioche bun with gherkins mayo and cheese. I love mine with home made coleslaw and salad and because it is baked and not fried it is also a healthier version
