We have been cooking dishes from the Great British Chefs book of the month, Greekish by Georgina Hayden. Since first flick through I noticed the beef and orzo stew but for a few reasons we had not got around to it. Today not feeling well I just wanted a big bowl of something warm and comforting and this fit the bill. Throughout the long slow cook the house filled with the wonderful smells. The taste was really delicious and the grated halloumi over the top was a great touch. This was one of those dishes that as you eat, warmth and goodness washes over you restoring you. Delicious. Try it if you get the chance.
