One of my food loves in cauliflower - in all guises. A particular favourite being cauliflower cheese.  I mean really, what is not to love? One of my favourite vegetables covered in very very cheesy thick cheese sauce and baked until golden.  It is just gorgeous and for me, a perfect meal that really does make me smile. Tonight I put bacon over the top which really was lovely. Crispy, salty and lovely and for the non-cauliflower lovers better. Although, how anybody can not love cauliflower baffles me ha ha.

Today I was going through some of my earlier cookbook club books, wok on, Veneto and fire islands, all utterly brilliant books.
