I have a really fabulous cookbook, Hong Kong Diner by Jeremy Pang.  Everything I have cooked is so full of flavour and delicious and it is so interesting to read, it literally makes me want to get on a plane and go to Hong Kong.

Anyway tonight I decided to make char siu pork which is just so so so good.  The pork is really tender, full of flavour and just fabulous in a gorgeous light and fluffy bao bun. It is also really easy to do, you just put it marinating in the morning and by the evening it is good to go.
