Pay day so I treated myself to a couple of books, Under the Olive Tree by Masterchef winner Irini and then a couple of second hand books, Our Family Table by Julie Goodwin and Masterchef Australia Volume 1.

Ocado sell these fantastic bagels by Cohen’s bakery.  Cold they are nice, toasted really nice but heated in the oven makes them so very very good.  I really like that if you oven heat they are warm and soft without being crunchy which is perfect for a filling. I have also found a lovely cream cheese, Paysan Breton, it is light and whipped and full of flavour. Together they are magical. Put in some smoked ham, smoked salmon or pancetta and you have a beautiful brunch.   Quick easy and divine.
