I have been recipe testing prawn risotto and was really pleased with the recipe so sent it out to my group of testers.  Victoria asked us over for dinner tonight and made us the risotto, it looked perfect and tasted even better. Tyler also tested it.  It does take a little prep in that you need to buy shell on prawns and make them into a stock first however, the taste is so good, so seriously good that I promise you it is worth the effort. The stock is not hard as it’s mostly hands off cooking.

Tyler also tested the panna cotta recipe and it looked so fabulous I wanted to jump in my car to quality control it!
