For the first time in a long time we did a cook along session, bbq beef with cheese scones recipe.  A hearty stew with the lightest loveliest scones ever.  It takes several hours to cook but most of it is hands off once you have browned off the meat and so it super easy and so worth it.  Any scones that won't fit on the top you can cook separately on a baking tray, they are hot gorgeous with butter melted on them.  This stew is especially lovely with beef shin, it needs a few hours to cook but the flavour is unbeatable.
