Happy New Year of the Dragon. I hope that you were able to celebrate and have as much fun as we had. 

We had a girls night in with Kerryn and Clare.  We started by making cocktails, an alarmed dragon which we had with prawn crackers. We then made scallop and prawn wontons, crispy duck pancakes with cucumber and spring onion, longevity noodles, char siu pork ribs and crispy chilli beef followed by five spice plums and cinnamon ice cream. 

The girls then raided the kitchen to make cocktails, one of the funniest things ever. Who would have thought strawberry liqueur, hazelnut liquor and vanilla syrup would be so good.

We laughed so very much, we drank too much and all in all had a brilliant evening.
